Morning,
Woke up 15 mins early with a major sore throat and a banging headache, and now I'm off to another ten hour shift. I've raided the medicine cupboard for random tablets, mite be paracetemol, might be laxatives, we shall see shortly.
After I finish am off straight away to Gold Class at Birmingham Stab City to see the new Harry Potter movie, followed by dinner, then a drive down to Hereford for a night in a country Hotel. Tommorrow will be spent mostly shopping in Cardiff
anyway time to get a wriggle on, see yas all later dudes and dudettes

Today's going to be good. Doing the "important" stuff in the morning, then around 2 or 3 a friend and his from from Uni are coming down, making homemade pizzas and spending the day dicking about. The girls have Twilight, we've got gun games. Good stuff!0

he finally went back to sleep at 6am and my alarm went off at 6.15am! so i feel a bit meh this morning.
today will mainly be spent trying to stay awake and then watching wales win at rugby tonight (i know i might be dreaming )0 -

I know how you're feeling. I'm just heading to bed after a 12 hour nightshift with the same thing. sore throat, headache and runny nose...I just hope it's not the dreaded manflu
Time to bring out the night nurse, the one medicine that can cure anything!0 -
Morning, off to work for the day, still diy work and not lifeguarding
Gotta cocktail party tonight which should be fun, but disadvantage of being single is going on my own.0 -

Let's hope you ain't got man flu as we all know it's the worst of the flu's. Much worse than woman flu0 -
I recommend the lemsip capsules. I have manflu at the minute and they do a good job of stopping the syptoms that cause the headache... But then everything comes back. I too am dying of manflu.
Trying to do work, but not much is getting done. Mleh.
Need to change the oil in my motorbike this weekend. Well, not because it needs the oil changed, but I'm swapping the lines that take oil to a radiator for shorter ones I whittled out because I'm shifting the thing out the way. Don't wanna pee out a few litres of oil while I fumble and try to swap the damn things.0 -

Sunset Cycles, 119-121 Woodville Road...
Gooooood Morning Freaks"
Today, should be 'interesting'. Forgot to take my insulin, which is currently at home... I'm not feeling too bad ATM, but I may have to leave work early and go and ride my bike all afternoon to bring my sugar levels down - for medical reasons.
Off to a meeting shortly, where bacon will be consumed. Think I may have to miss the coffee today as I have it with sugar.0 -
Oooh I forgot about them. Must pay a visit0

There's also Cyclopedia just round the corner. Bit more roadie orientated, but do stock some nice Token bling parts...0

I'm not a doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night. I highly recommend your method of lower sugars by use of a midday ride. If your employer has any concerns, direct them to me, and I will give them the good reasons0 -

I don't think there is a really good cycle shop in cardiff now

Happy birthday again, Bacon returns of the day
today will be the usual being pulled from pillar to post, being lied to by customers and staff then home where i'm hoping my lovely wife would of replenished the out of stock beer fridge, then to persued her that a Kebab of the largest portions is what we need before settling down in front of the magic picture box?
apart from all that, still havent had time to sort the car out, and if i dont get it fixed over the weekend it looks like a very long cold commute in and back all next week?0 -
