carnac shoes questions?

a friend has just donated me a pair of carnac quartz shoes.
they have the old style look cleats on them and i was wondering if these are compatable with the new keo version?
or will i have to swap cleats and if so will the keo cleats go in the same holes in the soles .
it's just the soles have an adapter plate on them and i'm really not sure where i'd get different ones from.

You'll just need to swap to the new Keo cleats - no need to change anything elseMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
