Big-up for Ribble

Ive bought several things from Ribble over the years and the customers service has been ropey compared to other retailers: emails unanswered, protracted delivery times etc etc.

I haven used them for a year or so and I wasnt expecting much when I fired off an email to customer services and put in an order.

However, my email was answered within 2 hours and my order, which was for a frame, came within 2 days, despite the web site saying it was usually a 12 day process.

Good stuff from Ribble !
