i am thinking of offering my 2008 dr dew for sale. i paid £600 ish for it new.

Has anyone any idea how much i ought to ask for it?

I thought around £350 but not sure if thats about right. Dont fancy fleabay.

    FMV for a cycle scheme bike would be circa £150 I believe.

    Deoending on how many miles it's done and how well maintained it is obviously but an 08 bike in 'good average condition' seems to retain circa 40% of its new value, so I think £350 is optimistic unless it really is in very very good condition.

    Auctions are as near as you get to an economists 'perfect market' and thus ebay actually sets value pretty well.

    Workmate bought a Dew Drop 08 from eBay for around £220 Last year. Sold my Dr Dew a few years ago for around £300 IIRC.

    You'll never guarantee a price selling 2nd hand I suppose - get it out there and fingers crossed.
    Litespeed Tuscany, Hope/Open Pro, Ultegra, pulling an Extrawheel trailer, often as not.
