advice on wheels for a build

Hi,

I am just getting all the bits together for a build. I have bought a BMC frame with Campag Chorus group amongst other stuff all second hand (tight budget). I am now looking for wheels. I am a little concerned that I am restricted by the Campag Chorus as many of the wheels are set up for Shimano.

Is it correct that to convert the wheels all I need to do is put a Campag hub on? For example I have been offered a pair of 2010 Cosmic Elites for £200 which are on Shimano, the chap has said I can just swap the hub. Is this correct?
