Which inner tubes have the greatest resistance to the effects of sub zero temperatures.

i.e. which are least likely to become rigid and burst more easily?

    Any.

If they burst it means you've pumped em up too much or got em stuck between tire and rim.
  • I see but if its cold then warm (for egsample through heat through frictin caused by the extreme speed i travel), doesnt that stress the tire? Im trying to find which inner tubes are least likely to burst through this.

It would be a shame to loose ground in a race becasue i had to change the inner tube. I only ask because i intend to win some races next year.
  • Just buy a big name manufacturer instead of an "own" brand inner tube. The lightweight thin inner tubes should all be the same. But, does it really matter? An extra few grams saved isn't going to save minutes in a race, probably more like 1 second over a 100 miles!

If you're so worried and desperate for a win, go tubs instead

You're not going to damage the inner tube with the sort of temperatures that you generate by riding. Unless you've added an IC engine to your bicycle.

I think this is a wind up.

Vittoria are good. Don't get Continental ones, I used them last winter and they were always bursting when the sun came out on a cold day.

Well my inner tubes don't burst and I travel at the speed of light, so it's nowt to do with speed since you can't go faster than the speed of light ;)

I hit Warp drive once and disintegrated my tubes hence the move to tubs!

Just by what ever pair you want and dont go for the light, thin or economy ones.
