I know they make no difference at all but I have a hankering for some bling alloy jockey wheels! I have seen some tocken ones on eBay that are not too bad (£35)!

Any one used them and got any feedback, will they fit a Campag rear mech ok and are they noisier being alloy instead of plastic?

All comments and piss taking welcome!

  • I've had some KCNC alloy in the past. They're not any better, nor any worse... they last less, for some reason...
If you feel like wasting 35 pounds on something completely useless, go for it.

With the same money you can buy a very useful DHB merino base layer, your choice...

You could spend more than 35 quid on jockey wheels so that is quite reasonable.

Er, only if they work better than standard ones. I don't think the OP is replacing the old ones cos they're worn out.

He says he's buying them for looks, not performance. Nowt wrong with doing that!!
