There's no sheeps around these parts anymore...
  • The Tickled Trout just off the M6? I stayed there once after a wedding reception nearby. I was feckin wasted. Great time!

Have you left Wales for good? Or just temporarily to get your breath back in between fields of sheep? ;)
It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

  • Yea thats the place, I used to go to Pug Meets there a few years back.. junction 21 I think?

Just here for a few days... bit of a catch up, paramore tomorrow night in Birmingham and then business meetings in Warwick with one of my customers on Thursday!

busy week, drove up here tonight with no traffic at all, was a pretty good run actually!
  • Come back we have awsome ale here too :P

And more rain! statisically proven to that Wales receives more rain than all of england in a year lol.
  • hmmm i've tried Brains..... tastes like brains... nay good :P

However, I'm a big fan of some "local" cider brewed in Monmouth. You can only get it from the farm or at farmers markets if he's there but feck me its brutally awesome!

Nahhhh... its not rained yet in Wales since i've been there!... plus its too warm :P haha

Sounds not too disimilar to the Abergavenny Food Festival, where there were lots of micro-brewerys present. Also, lots and lots of cheese producers.

it'll probably controversial but my favourite cheese is montery jack...mmmmmm, lovely
  • And if you ahve tried any product of brains with the words smooth on it. You haven't had a decent pint of brains all the smooth stuff is horrible for the children.

I do ahve a soft spot for a real pint of dark but it's real hard to get your hands on but it's a lovely pint of mild, but there are plenty of other good beer here :P

And for Cheese huge fan of the Feta, and salty goats milk type cheeses :p

no.... just a lot of "lead singers" can't sing and are fairly disappointing live.
