Neoprene things to go over the top of cycling shoes...

No, I don't mean overshoes!
A month or two ago someone posted a link to a (diving?) website that supplied what were effectively short neoprene tubes that fit snugly round your leg just above the top of your shoe and then can fit over the top of the shoe. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?! I'd quite like some of these because, while my new winter shoes (Northwave GoreTex jobbies) seem to be fully waterproof, they have an enormous hole at the top (where my feet go in)!
Any help gratefully received.
P.S. Yes, I did do a search, but the Bikeradar search is pretty rubbish and my computer skills aren't great...

I have a set of neoprene Planet-X overshoes I paid 15 quid for on ebay, best money I ever spent. Normally my feet are dry as a bone with them on.
Yesterday was the first time my socks ever got damp under them, but I was out for two hours in very wet snow and constant sleet. In fact my normally waterproof gloves could be wrung out at the end of my ride so I'd say the overshoes did pretty well.

If your shoes are larger than trainers then get one size up on the overshoes.http://www.strathspey.co.uk - Quality Binoculars at a Sensible Price.

My local TK Maxx seem to be stocking loads of stuff by a company called Trek Mates at the moment - they've got a variety of gaiters that could also fit the bill, cheap cheap too0

Have a look down your local running shop as they may have some runner shoes gaiter by Inov 8

I use BBB neoprine overshoes, they have the cut outs for the cleats and keep my feet warm & dryRichard

Sounds like another use for old inner tubes.0

I tried ankle seals with my SIDI boots with shorts on, however with bibtights on, no need as I put the loop on the bottom of the tights outside the boot which covers the top of the boot, this also lets my feet beath a little better

Latex wrist/ankle seals! Thanks very much to all those who pointed me in the right direction.0
