Morning all.

Rather grey and drab day..... feel off-clour and have had temp and shivers all night. Hope I am not coming down with anything... :(

Glad I didn't go to pub last night in the end and wasted money. Although I did end up spending 90 sheets on new Mavic shoes and carbon spacer//bolts....

Another day dossing in front of the TV again, may draqg my sorry ass out for a walk at some point. Legs still to sore to cycle but next week should be OK once I have got OK from docs...... shall be hitting the road for a few miles on the roadie.....

  • A day in front of the TV and PC is on order here- pulled a load of stomach muscles and feeling rather carp....:?

    Hope you feel better soon!

Off into the woods next to me to ride a line I've been constructing, then pack my bags to go back to the rig. Just as well it's sunny here so it should be good fun. Hopefully it'll still be there when I get back the line not the rig :)
I'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!

Morning, cycling is off today as there is snow on the hills and i'm far too unprepared to head up (i.e. being a lazy git). Xbox and t'internets for me today, faced with a wall of teeth when I get back to work.. argh
  • Got up in time to watch the rugby on Sky this morning. Might ride later but hands really sore form clapping too much at Twickers yesterday.

Afternoon, made sure I was up in time for the GP, come on Vettel!
  • Yup, watching the GP too, come on Webber!!
Wanted to take the rigid HT for a ride this afternoon, but I've decided to stay in and start packing as I'm relocating at the end of the month

I'm backing Vettel today, although excited to see what havoc Hamilton and Button create if any.

Today is the first day since July when I've wished I had a TV license.

    Or a TV.

    Ah well.
