    Stinger beer is very refreshing - made from nettles from the bloke off River Cottage all organic - very nice.

  • The Reverend James....mmmmmmmmmmm
    Crafted in Italy apparantly
  • +1 for Hobgoblin
    Wychwood also do a beer called Goliath which is pretty good.

    The Black Bull hotel in Coniston sells it's great Bluebird Bitter in bottles to surrounding shops, although it's always better on tap. Does that count?

    +1 for timmy taylor landlord.

    Black Sheep and UBU which is made a few miles from me are good. I like when i go away around the UK, supermarkets will often sell local ales which make a change from the usual stuff i buy.

    Forgot to say I think most of Jennings stuff is pretty good out of the bottle, particularly Sneckie.
  • +1 for Timothy Taylors Landlord, but also superb are;

    Fuller's Golden Pride and 1845 - actually they are the best around! Strong too so they ease the aching legs pretty well.

    Bishop's Finger is the correct name, but it is also known as Nun's delight!
