Anyone who paid for that needs their head examining (as I imagine does Audley at this moment).

I like the way the Irish commentator dude waited until after the fight to explain that the whole thing was hyped up beyond belief and Harrison never ever stood a chance.

Ouch. I reckon your avatar could have knocked out Harrison based on that performance.

Or has stupid amounts of disposable income.

I feel sorry for those who paid for that as a treat. Any kudos Harrison had from his Olympic Gold has gone out the window. I think the worst boxing performance I've ever seen. I'd give credit to Haye for streching it out to 3.

I paid to see the fecker fight live when he turned pro, I still want my money back for that. Yes thank God for the net tonight though or there was no way I was going to see that.

The Irish commentator is Barry McGuigan who did say all the way through the build up & in his newspaper column that Fraudley had a snowballs chance.

Well it was more like 1 and a half considering neither of them threw a punch in the 1st.

Reading on the Guardian that Haye said a load of his friends and family had money on him stopping Harrison in the 3rd....

    Audrey Harrison was involved.

Did anyone REALLY expect there to be a boxing match, far less a fight?

He as good as retired after the Olympic gold and hopefully that will be the last time he wastes everyone else's time.
None of the above should be taken seriously, and certainly not personally.

He was an outsider for sure, but even without all the hype of the last few weeks, I'd still expect him to at least attempt a punch. He just stood there like a lamp-post. I think at the Sports Personality of the Year ceremony, there should be an award for 'disgrace of the year'.

  • Is anyone staying up for the Pac man's fight? Probably won't make it. Will avoid the result until the repeat tomorrow. That will be a proper fight.

I know nothing about boxing, but one of my friends paid the money and convinced me and a few buddies to come round and watch...

Think i ll stick to Rugby!

Even with my little knowledge i8 could have predicted that outcome, when it happened was entirely down to Haye, could have been first, could have been 12th

I might watch this - but is this the same Manny whom refused to take a blood drug test within 30 days of the fight as it would 'tire him'.

As cycling fans we have our own take on that - but in the boxing communtiy when his opponent (Mayweather) objected he was seen as a coward making excuses.

  • It's alright saying it's dodgy that his friends and family had money on the third, but it's still up to Haye to finish it off in the third.

Hence the reason he ran back into Ordinary when he realised it hadn't finished. It was the worst fight ever but everyone knew it would be.

When the Klitkcshco's (spelling is terrible I apologise) grow some balls and fight him I will probably pay for that, as that will be a fiiiiiight.

Slight change of tack - had a pint with AH in Cardiff a couple of years back before the Calzaghe-Kessler fight and was slightly the worse for drink when I (apparently) called him Ainsley (as in Harriot!) - who, judging by last night's performance, would have put up more of a fight
