I put an order in for some stuff last night and forgot to include my 10% discount code... Emailed them up and no bother at all, they refunded the 10% back to me even though it was just me being a knob. And this on top of both the parts I was buying being 50% off. Top stuff!

    i had a similar experience with CRC recently, ordered some new shoes then realised there was a 20% facebook fan discount code, 1 email sent, 20% discount refunded to card. Fantastic service

    the 10% off voucher is a dangerous thing. it meant that somehow, spending money that i dont really have, on something i dont really need was justified because it was cheaper than it would have been with no voucher :?
