Just a heads up.
if you take out extended insurance with Parcel Monkey (www.parcelmonkey.co.uk) they don't add the total value of the insurance to the final invoice, however they will charge you.
This means that when you go to make a claim, like I just have, they will refuse to pay out more than the standard insurance cover (£20) and will say that you didn't take any extended insurance.
They don't provide a breakdown of what you have paid for once you have paid so its very difficult to prove anything.
This is clearly a scam so that they don't have to pay out more than £20 for insurance claims.
Its now taken me 2 weeks to get this sorted and have had to go through consumer advice and trading standards.
Their service has been great for me as I always use them for my big parcels, but i've never had to claim anything through them.
It should now be finally sorted (pending the compensation money for damage) but its been a mojor effort and I haven't really had the time.
I'm just really grateful that the chap I've sold the P7 frame to has been very patient!
