In effort to stop the back of the passion wagon looking like the somme, i made this to keep the dirty wheels off the sides of the car and disc clashing with frame.
not as refined as previous inventions but i had minimal toolage and was free.

might get my brother (welder) to make a slimmer version.

Simple, straight forward and works. That's pretty good.

Wouldn't work for me though as I lie my bike down and put the wheels on top of the frame, so I can 'hide' the whole bike under the tonneau cover.
  • For free that's awesome! I could do with something like that

  • Not bad for lumber and nails.. although +1 on a version made from square bar or tubular steel.

true and if this works nicely i might ask my brother (welder) to make Alu or Steel version.

you can buy those cheap wire ones you see in bike shops (you could also maybe scrounge em) for some pounds.

although this one is quite heavy, which stops it tipping over and is wood which wont slide around like a lighter metal one will.
