Do you eat a proper breakfast?

A big bowl of porridge every morning will see you through the day. Nice porridge with milk and a bit of honey, though. Don't go for the Scottish salt and water version. No wonder the Scots are such a nation of miserable whiners with that for breakfast [/tongue comes out of cheek]

If this is a problem that you've had for more than a day or two, I suggest that you go to a doctor, rather than look for help on an Internet forum.

If you're eating all that dried fruit, do you not just sh1t all your food out within 5 minutes of eating it? Your body probably has no time to gain any nutritional value

Seriously though, get yourself to a doctor. They're the experts, not BR forum people.

+1 porridge with water and/or salt is revolting. Yummy with milk though!

    I find i eat/snack more when i don't exercise for a few days.

  • Fruit and nuts are good for you but if thats all you are eating (as snacks) and the breakfast/lunch/dinner are not balanced meals in their own right you will be hungry. Nuts are good for you as a source of protein and also essentail oils and have a high calorie count however have very little in the way of carbs so dont help you body in terms of converting to energy stores.

Would suggest that you consider a) a doctor if its really serious or b) a quick search on google for fitness nutrition and you will pretty soon find something that reflects what your body needs dependant on your level of exercise or what you are looking to do e.g. bulk up, slim down, race long etc
Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.
