Good Sports Physio South Wales

As the title really, I'm looking for a good sports physio in the South Wales area that specialises in diagnosing and fixing cycling related knee problems. The advice of my dr is complete rest. However, I stopped cycling for several months at the turn of the year because of knee problems. I've also tried switching from SPD to flats, which seemed to help during the summer months but now my knee has packed in on me again. I'm wondering if it's something to do with the cold weather as it was about this time last year that I first started having problems.

    Yes please, that would be great.

    Pontypool is about 40 minutes away but if he's any good I don't mind the drive.
