I've noticed that my Rev U-Turn Sags through approx 20mm of travel with no weight on the bars.... so I did a search. Does it sound similar to the above threads?
If I unweight the front of the bike (ie lift the front wheel up) the travel returns to 150mm.
I've checked the pressures and they seem ok and the U-turn dial seems to be doing what it should be....

Looks like there has been a problem with the U-turn forks before.

Might try a call to TFTuned to see what they say, but was wondering if anyone has had the same on here?

Edit: sorry this should probably be in workshop+tech

when we had a problem with some Revs that the shop (Merlin) insisted was not warranty TF tuned and Fishers gave me some very good advice and insisted it was a problem that needed rectifying with a new design part.

Fishers sorted me out in the end - maybe give their brand manager for Rockshox a call? He was really helpful - great CS.
  • I had the same problem on top of some others like strange marks on the right stanchion leg cured my problem by letting a little out the negative air chamber only 10 psi but the forks fully extended where before they wouldnt.

There was quite a few of these failed when they first came out but I'm not sure what you've got is the same thing.
