Never been off-road in the Cotswolds although I intend to in the future. I have come across the following website.
http://www.ashtonmtb.co.uk/
Maybe they can help you.
"Welcome to the Ashton MTB website
We are were a small group of riders based in Ashton-under-Hill, at the foot of Bredon Hill and on the edge of the Cotswolds. If any individuals or groups of riders would like to know more about rides in the Bredon Hill or Cotswolds area please contact us and we will be happy to assist."
The route page looks useful. http://www.ashtonmtb.co.uk/routes.htm
and this especially http://www.ashtonmtb.co.uk/Route_PDF/Campden_Ride.pdf0 -
Hi gavin we do a loop from witney, to north leigh, then stonesfield, to charlbury, to ascott under wycwood, then up and down to leafield, across to delly end back to north leigh then witney, about 20 mile with 80% on bridleways can get boggy in places after heavy rain but not to hard. great for a sunday morning hack. just follow and o/s map.
