Breakfast in bed !

The kids brought me a lovely Birthday breakfast in bed this morning. Hope to get out for a morning ride and the wife is taking me out for lunch. What a great day!

    Tell them next year that you want breakfast somewhere that your have ridden too.

    Thats what I'd do as you could get up early and do a ride, then your family are there with food for you and can have some family time then you get to go on your way and finish the ride.

    With that in mind you have now inspired me to ask for that on my birthday - oh wait a minute I don't have a family DOH!
    Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.
