Budget wheels recommendation

Hi,
A nice taxi driver thought he'd just say hello a bit too closely while cycling to work in London, now my bike needs 2 new wheels to replace the old ones that got bent.
I have a trek t30 hybrid with a 700C wheels - it's quite a beginner bicycle that cost me only 150quid so I am looking to replace the wheels cheaply if possible.
Can anyone recommend budget wheels that would do the job? I only cycle an average 5K a day (probably less) so something basic but ok would do the job.

these are really good for the price. Use them on my 25 mile round commute daily and stand up to abuse well.0
