Grease for Fork Stanchions?

I have a pair of 1995 Judy XC's & have stripped them to rebuild. I now have sorted out the replacement springs & damping cartridge, so am now going to rebuild but the manual & Tech articles I've found for maintenance states 'Non Lithium Grease' for the internals of the legs & stanchions. What can I use? What's used by shop mechanics? Anything else I should be aware of?
Cheers for any advice...

doesn't qualify as Castrol LM is a lithium thickened grease - don't use it!0

and forks are very specific.
the only fork that it could be used on is one that has very few moving parts.
so as above
Dont use it."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Castrol 'red rubber' grease is very good for sliding joints, commonly used for high end damper bearings on cars (and its waterproof), so should be ideal!
I use it on the STi dampers on my Subaru.
