Dirty brake fluid

hi Guys

My juicy carbons are getting on now and started to require regular bleeding (every 6 months or so)

This time when i bled the system, the old brake fluid was almost black, what could be causing this and how do i stop it? I'm, sure it did nt used to be this dirty...?
