Well, that's the story i'm sticking too anyway.
The BB on my Giant Defy started clunking a few days ago, so the LBS fitted a replacement yesterday for me, and today the old MTB crunched and clunked on the way back from the LBS with my new Mule trailer in tow, so it's gone back down to the LBS for them to replace that one too.
Expensive weekend! (though I do have immensely powerful thighs )

Which LBS do you use? BC or SBC?I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

I mainly use BC, though we got The Lady's Giant Yukon through SBC. BC seem to have a better stock generally and I got my Defy with them. Generally had very good service from both though.
SBC let me use their workshop when I was fitting a quick release to the back wheel of my old mtb and couldn't get it to work at home as I didn't have the right spacers, etc.0
