there seems to be a consensus on the board that the garmin formula leaves a lot to be desired.
Therefore, i'd be appreciative for methods to make it more accurate?
mucking around with the user profile would seem to be the only answer?

I think the general idea is when inputting weight data, only enter 70% of your weight, then see how that goes...Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!0
