there seems to be a consensus on the board that the garmin formula leaves a lot to be desired.
Therefore, i'd be appreciative for methods to make it more accurate?
mucking around with the user profile would seem to be the only answer?

    Drastically change your weight until the reading looks right based on what you're expecting to see from other reliable sources.

    I think the general idea is when inputting weight data, only enter 70% of your weight, then see how that goes...
    Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!
