  • You can use a 8sp cassette with just some different Spacers

Have a word with you LBS and i'm sure they can sort you out.

The best I can find is a 13/21 from Spa Cycles.

Err - the OP is asking for a freewheel not a cassette?

IME plenty of 7 speed freewheels on ebay or try Campyoldy
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

Oh right sorry are they different then? :?

I just assumed they were the same. My original first road bike had a 7 speed on it ands when I needed a new rear wheel they just took an 8spd, changed the spacers and I threw it in fine
