    you can only drink so many pints of port before you can never drink a single measure ever again.

    I've become addicted to port since moving into the mess. We have a shell casing with a bottle in it. It's free unless you have the last shot and the sight glass doesn't refill, then you have to buy the next bottle.

    they do the same thing in the mess at my last gaff,( ive only been in there for one up one down evenings though). the drink changes as the last person buys whatever they please for the shell.

    I hate cheese with fruit in as it ruins the texture. IMHO.
    Stilton and Davistow cheddar are my favourite with crackers. Marmite cheese on toast FTW

    I had some 'stow blue' from a little shop in stow-on-the wold when I was at my friends last weekend. That was lush.

    i really like blue cheese.

    its ace on crackers but its lush melted on a good steak and on a good burger. oh and its ace in soup too.
  • Blacksticks or Shropshire Blue. On oatcakes. With a nice crusted port. Yumdiddlyum.
