Hi
I've been looking round for some good lights.
are these any good:
http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_165636
or
http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_165636
Need to get these for tomorrow so ordering online is not an option.
Thanks, Mal

No idea on those, but I know that the rear light on http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_165636 is great, so I'd imagine the front is pretty good as well.

Well if you read the many reviews of these lights on the link you have provided, it would suggest so :?0 -

Hey, thanks for all the advise.
Needed the lights for tomorrow so had to get them from Halfords.
Ended up getting these:

They seem really bright, I've post my thoughts once I've used them on the bike tomorrow night.
Thanks, Mal0 -

YES, BUT. ONCE. SOMEBODY. HAS. BOUGHT. A. MAGICSHINE. THEY. NEVER. MISS. AN OPPORTUNITY. TO. TELL. EVERYBODY. ABOUT.IT.
In fairness, if he needs them tomorrow he's either going to have to go for the Halfords lights, or else drop into his LBS and see if they have anything. Some of the Smarts are meant to be OK'ish (but obviously not as powerful as a Magicshine, which apparently would out lumen a passing supernova).
I've got a couple of P7 torches and they're good, but I don't like the sequential switch thing. Why can't I just have a controllable high. mid, low and forget about the rapid flashing/ SOS options ? ? ?0 -
