Kona Dawg Dropouts, 12mm Compatible?

Hi Kona riders,
Hoping someone can help me with this. I've just got a 2010 Kona dawg supreme and I'm wondering if the dropout will be compatible with a 12mm rear hub. From what I can see the dropouts are kona's D.O.P.E dropouts.
Do 12mm hubs simply come with adaptors to convert them?

the Dawg is not 12mmm rear axle.
and the 2010 Dawg is not listed as Dope compatible.
but again there is no 2010 Dawg Supreme listed."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
