Would love to buy one of these 2010 frames - has anyone got one and how do they rate it.
Also how do they size - Currently I ride a 52cm Specialized and was thinking maybe of 51cm Astra.
Was thinking of trying to get frame only and fit it with Dura Ace.
Been looking for bargains on frame but best so far is about £1400...
Any help gratefully appreciated ..

Some guys who I ride with have had Astra's issued as team bikes. I can't be too specific on the "why's" but one lad really likes his & another isn't too fussed. When one was crashed I know it took ages for a replacement mech hanger to turn up...not really a good reason to not buy a bike tho.0

Got a great review in the Cycling Plus bike of the year test. Very stiff and responsive frame by all accounts, definitely race-orientated. Looks great in the flesh too, I've seen one at my LBS - very muscular looking. Sounds like it's a fast bike first and foremost though, so maybe not ideal if you're looking for something laid-back and comfort orientated.0

Same as Andy I've got a mate who had one as a team bike. Really stiff apparently and great for racing. Whether that's good or not depends on your usage I guess.Racing for Fluid Fin Race Team in 2012 - www.fluidfin.co.uk0
