Anyone know where I can get any info on a pair of InSync Elixer 523's?im running them on my old shoreline trail at the mo and cant find any info online anywhere! They were fitted brand new to the bike when it was done up.[/img]

Made by a company called spinner, but an old fork like you said. Simple though IIRC: just remove the springs, then the bottom bolts to seperate. Clean, grease and put back together!0

Thanks for the reply supersonic, just noticed another post about a 9 shoreline trail!I love mine to bits although it still has the original steel swing arm!!!!0
