Claud Butler Urban 400 stolen in York

Hi there, just found your great website through Operation Spoke and glad to discover your Stolen Forum, where I now post that my 3-month old Claud Butler Urban 400 was stolen on Tuesday, 26th October, 2010, from outside Sainsbury's at Monkgate, in York, at around 4.15pm.
It was heavily chained and locked onto proper bike rack, whilst I was gone for only 30 minutes.
This is recent photo of bike, it is pale blue metallic, with all standard factory markings and fittings, and the shop installed the black mudguards front and rear, and the rear rack, which contains evidence of my liberal use of masking tape to secure the pump.
I do have the serial number, and it's all listed on immobilise.com.
I reported the theft immediately afterwards at Fulford Police Station.
If anyone can help in any way, I'd be immensely grateful, as I rely on this bike for work.
