How to clean full face helmet?

Hi Guys

I own a sixsixone comp full face helmet - and I do sweat quite a bit when im wearing it. Apparently it has a removable inside liner - but I can't work out how to remove it?!

Whats the best way you guys clean the inside of your helmet?

    How did you clean yours? I just chucked mine in the washing machine on a low wash

    just gave it a quick hand wash in the end - smells lovely and fresh now!
