Last 2 sessions and prob next few - dragonforce

Usually SOAD first 2 albums, pendulum, edguy, sonata arctica, pearl jam
  • Some good choices - I'll have to expand my collection.

I'm in the garage - no TV/DVD etc. Though I'm amazed if you can do a full putting the hammer down TT session which watching TV..? I know I couldn't - I'd just end up dawdling along.
  • Well roll up you 60's fans, here's a few retro belters to listen to, how do you rate them?

I need to update/change my current playlists on my iPod, but just never get around to it!...
Is there nowhere that we can go to download appropriate interval session playlists?...
Surely someone must be doing them...

Over quite some lengthy time i have put together a training list of tracks that allow recovery and then urge you on when interval training on the turbo or Rollers, I have burnt a few copies for mates and they have found them really useful.

I play them on my iTouch when people are at home or loud on the Stereo when on my own.
