Morning
Today I'm on holiday Yay
So i'm going riding at Cannock
Porridge first though with lots of golden syrup :P0 -
am at home today with leg elevated and without the ability to walk for more than 10' without being in excrutiating agony.
Went to a pals the weekend for Halloween and sunday my leg started swelling, so much so that I couldnt get my jeans over my calf muscle.
A couple of years ago I got a DVT in my calf and groin, and was in hospital for 11days. It still causes me grief/intense pain and it's called Post Thrombotic Syndrome, it hurts like hell and I have been sitting down for 2 days with leg elevated, Im looking at the meter on money I am losing..
May buy myself something to cheer me up.0 -
Morning everyone, 3 more sleeps until I get to see the mountain bike again What's the betting it's been left upside down in the corner shed and everyone elses bikes have been piled on top of it for the last 6 weeks, no doubt my dad will have decided to fiddle around with it while I've been away and fecked up just about everything he could possibly think of... and stolen anything that he thinks will look nicer on his bike.0

That sound pretty damn sh!t. Cheer yourself up buy spending money you don't have on bike bits you can't afford, but beware the buyers remorse. And get pizza. I hope it sorts itself out and you're back on the bike soon.0 -
Morning everyone, got a good day ahead of me, sort of.
Days spent on trains, over 9 hours in total, but im going to buy my new bike today, 2010 bmc supertrail only ridden once for only 600. I love family friends, but hate the distance i have to travel. Oh well its completely worth it. Gonna be boring but ill survive.0 -

TBH, I'd find the killing bit much more fun...
Gooooood Morning Freaks!
Today, I woke up without the use of my right shoulder. I seem to have another case of "Frozen Shoulder". Aparently its common with diabetics...
Still, musten't grumble, shiney stuffs should arrive today although as I've not received the "items dispatched" email, I could be disappointed.
*looks at clock*
Well, I make it coffee & bacon o'clock, time to dispatch a minion...0 -

I'm getting a dozen minions when I start my new Job next Wednesday in Abingdon.
Now it's time for a sausage, bacon & egg butty on tiger bread.
Might go for a run later as I'm on leave until I start my new job and am therefore having a lazy day. The rest of the day will be used up with a bath and PS3. :P+ 1001 posts reset by the cruel cruel moderators!

Yah morning lurkers.
Maximum meh today - it's never ceases to amaze me how quickly that post-holiday high disappears and is replaced by the tedium and futility of Just Another Day0 -
meh.
Shimano shoes don't fit and I'm rather dubious about the gaffer tapesque waterproofing.
Trainer is in transit, but Mrs Spong is out and about with Jnr Jnr Spong.
Fortunately, in 2 minutes time I'm off to do 20 miles, then come back for a meeting before leaving early. Makes up for starting work at 7.30.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.
