RD touching rear spoke

You need to check a few things,
Does the rear mech hang down straight, if not either the mech or hanger on the frame may be bent.
If the above is OK then there is an adjustment you can do. The limit screw which "limits" the travel of the mech when you change to the largest cog may need adjusting.

I'd guess you've dropped your bike at some time and bent the gear hanger inwards (that which the rear mech is bolted to).
Steel frame:
carefully bend it back outwards until the rear mech cage is vertical. Unbolt the mech and use a large adjustable.
Aluminium frame:
If it's got a replaceable hanger, order a new one. You can either wait for it to arrive, or have a go at bending it back as for the steel frame. Bending it is usually OK the first time, but can break the hanger if you do it too many times.0
