Poss dodgy ebay seller - bike components

I saw these and thought ............... There is no way they cost £50 new. Reputable Ebay sellers offer them at £30-35. Then I saw he is also offering other bike components for sale which put together could mean a stripped nicked bike ...... Maybe I have an over active imagination but you can't be too careful with Ebay.
His descriptions are rather poorly written which ring alarm bells for me.
He does like ferrets

Maybe the items are legit but they none the less seem dodgy.
