Do you think it would be alright to take these wheels around Cannocks monkey trail?
I have been giving them loads of stick and just wonder if they'll still be true after woods!!!

Only one way to find out...
It depends on how you ride, I'm incredibly hard on wheels, and have managed to knock a big chunky AM rim out of true within 3 rides (I only weigh 8.5 stone too) But then again I've ridden with a guy who rides an 80mm hardtail with skinny XC rims, and he hits 4-5 foot drops and lands smoother than most do with 160mm travel full sus bikes. And now you know, and knowing is half the battle

I ride at Cannock on my XC race wheels which weigh the same - 1.3kg. I've done about 4 runs of 2 continuous laps and they are still perfect.
To be honest Cannock is no more gnarly than an XC race course anyway.Specialized Enduro SL Pro Carbon
