Went to the Freeze festival at Battersea yesterday....always good to get a ski fix and some live bands.
Quite unexpectedly, ambling around and came across some ramps....assumed it was some skateboard thing....then caught a pink bottle out the corner of my eye. A bottle of muc-off, no less.....
Then the doors of a nearby van burst open and out jump Martyn Ashton and some other chap who's name eludes me. And a Trials and Dirt Jump show begins....
Magnificent stuff. Bunnyhopping 1.20m, hopping across inch wide bars 12 foot in the air.....really great show.
Went and saw it again later in the day too. Nice one guys!

The Abimal Relentless bike show no doubt!
(and "the other chap" was no less than Sam PilgrimI like bikes and stuff0 -
Similar thing happened when I was at Goodwood festival of speed. Was just walking past the Land Rover display area, when a guy came out on a trials bike and started hopping over all the obstacles for the cars, was very entertaining.
He looked familiar, don't have a clue who he was though!0 -
