I saw this in my LBS...

http://www.condorcycles.com/Books-Magaz ... e.tpl.html

aimed at those mountain bikers of a certain age (of whom I am/was/fading slowly out) and then I noticed how much it cost...

...£9 per issue ffs!

As I have already written letters of complaint to my local paper, and the BBC on diverse issues, now, with this gasp of astonishment, in my mid-to-late forties I can officially consider myself to be middle-aged!

Ah but have you complained to Wiggle about it.
  • Probably a good investment. Issue 1 of Rouleur goes for quite a wedge of cash on eBay (I used to have a copy but gave it away  )

I'd have thought the clue was you were looking on the Condor website? As a regular purchaser of their products I think I fit their marketing demographic hence me purchasing from them. Plus the magazine is in fact good, I'd rather spend £9 on something good than £3-4 in W H Smiths and flick through and find 40% adverts & 60% of so/so reporting
Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.
