  • Interesting and also proves what a lucrative market cycling is too.
The fact that CRC and Wiggle featured in the top 3 shows that they do offer value for money and excellent service, even though we do see patsies whinging about them on the Forum because the item was out of stock or was overpriced by 99p compared to an Ebay seller..

Haven't used Wiggle, but use CRC a lot and they are excellent, including returns.

That's very impressive and well done CRC.

They are my first choice, simply because the stuff always arrives the next day, not 3 or 4 days later, and is delivered for free.

CRC did improve after their expansion*. Top stuff.

I'll choose not put too much stake into someone's opinion who is admittingly terrible though

I use CRC and Wiggle, and I am very impressed...

I think we MTBers are lucky to be so well served by online retailers. I've also had good deals and great service from Pedalon, NextDayTyres and Merlin - and DX is great value if not always speedy!

Used both for many, many years with no problems at all. Also I find Evans and a few others equally comparable but their websites and search functions are not quite as good.
  • never had an issue with Chain reaction, infact gloves i ordered late wednesday night arrived this morning with a free bag of sweets! have used Stiff alot recently to and they have been pretty good also! the only issue ive ever had was a return to wiggle, sent the order back and never got re-sent an other item, few e-mails and phone calls later it was on route bout 2 weeks delay though! never mind big companys cant help little issues!
