Covers for Shimano SH51 type cleats...?

I remember seeing someone wearing road shoes that had non-recessed spd cleats a while back. When they got off to walk wherever they were going they had a couple of these yellow covers that slipped over the cleats to stop them getting scuffed up and damaged on the pavement.
Has anyone seen anything along the lines of the above or was I imagining things? I've looked all over the web but can't find anything similar...

I think they're only really for road cleats, most MTB shoes have them recessed enough to not require it. That said:
