I've got a spesh pitch with a hope pro 2 QR rear.
I'm wanting to convert to a bolt thru/bolt on (is there a difference) and am unsure if i go for 10mm or 12mm and what the difference is. Will a 12mm fit my pitch drop outs?
What tools, parts do i need and are there any tutorials/instructions floating around the web?
Lots of random questions so thanks in advance to those who reply....

And rebuild with the correct conversion kit. You can get away without the special tools using bits of wood and a socket in lieu, but it is easier with the tools and there is less chance of damaging the bearings.
Can't comment on the pitch as I have no experience with them.
