Hi.. my headset is seized solid after a very wet long ride. I know its listed vaguely as a Boardman FSA Orbit on their spec page.. :?: but don't have any info as to which type..it does reduce from 1.5 inches to 1/18th ..so could be one of several in that category.

Hi
Just had a similar problem- my local H@lfords sorted me out with their item code 172125, which is an FSA Orbit C-40 (no 42).
Looks a lot like this:

I can vouch for the comment above although would definitely bypass any dealings with Halfords. They are monkeys; couldn't organise a _____ in a _____. Just order the parts from somewhere like ukbikestore.co.uk and save yourself the ordeal.
The Boardman Team Carbon & Boardman Road Limited 2010 are identical bikes with different paint jobs. Both have the same headset:
Full headset: FSA Orbit CF-40 ACB, for Differential OD Headtube 11/8" - 1.5".
Top bearing: 160-6480 also known as FSA #870 Campag Compatible Micro ACB Headset Bearing
Bottom bearing: 160-6740 also known as FSA 1.5" MR069 headset bearing
Crown race: H6083
As above it doesn't only look a like like this, this is the one you want but make sure you get the ACB version.
