Hi, i'm after a bit of guidance

I'm about to buy myself the Planet-X SL pro
it has 3 wheel options
Fulcrum 7
Planet-X A57
Shimano RS80 carbon

I currently ride to and from work a couple of times a week and head out on a 60-80 mile ride most weekends, roads round here are pretty rough
I'm 14.5 stone

My dilemma is weather to pay the additional £240 to have the bike supplied with the RS80 wheelset.
I don't want to go for the standard wheels and 6 month later decide to upgrade to a carbon wheelset
I don't know enough about the pro's and cons of carbon wheels.
I also can't find any info on these wheels which gives a recommended max rider weight, can this be an isue with carbon wheels?
Or, is it worth getting the planet X wheels as from what i've read they're pretty strong...I'm confused!!!

Thanks in advance

The Shimanos aren't strictly carbon so no need to worry on that score!
    Faster than a tent.......

If you can afford them, you will love the RS80's  The alternative would be to run the PX wheels through the winter, then by the RS80's for the Summer on the Cheap from Merlin or Ribble. I love running 2 wheelsets as you can keep riding whilst waiting for parts/repairs if you do have a problem. I've a set of Durace 7850's with the same rims and they stay true etc but I don't ride them in bad weather, just because I love to keep them looking prestine. A friend of mine rides them in all weathers however and they're holding up fine though.

I find I'm genuinely faster on rolling terrain, and hills where I can keep a reasonable cadence with lighter wheels. They make more difference than a better groupset, lighter bars etc!
