I ordered a MagicShine and P7 on the 29th September
They were "Shipped" on the 15th October, so 16 days after I ordered them.
I haven't received them as of yet. So they have been in transit for 10 days, so I havn't made a fuss yet.
Soon it will be one month - I hope they are here soon. That's what we have to put up with ordering from Deal Extreme, thats just the way it is.Specialized Rockhopper Comp 2009.0 -
I got a P7 from them last month. Took aroudn 12 days to get here, but when ut arrived it was missing the connection spring, and so didnt work.
Initially they said they would have to check with the factory, until i kicked off a bit, then they offered me a 50% refund against the torch. I fixed it with a piece of fuse wire, so i ended up with a P7 for £10.
Their customer service was pretty rubbish until i started kicking off with them
I wont be using them again0 -
I waited for my 2 p7s and cree1 for 2 months. What could have been (Video)
I'll choose not put too much stake into someone's opinion who is admittingly terrible though0 -
I ordered a couple of DX lights on 20th Sep, they arrived last Monday.
Everything else I've ever ordered off them has been around 10 days.
I bought a car from Japan once, that took 5 months to arrive0 -

I bought five of the new MJ-836 and they took just over two weeks to arrive. Keeping one for myself but the rest are for sale if anyone wants one. Glad I got the new model, seems to rectify a lot of the faults you here about the old one and the new battery pack with charge display is excellent.http://www.strathspey.co.uk - Quality Binoculars at a Sensible Price.

Of the five or six orders I've got from them one took nearly a month (it was New Year period though) and the rest took from 3.5 - 4 days.
I can't even get stuff here inside Aust within 3 days usually.0 -
I'm expecting 4 - 8 weeks for mine, stuff just takes ages from the far eastWhether you're a king or a little street sweeper, sooner or later you'll dance with the reaper.

Every order I've ever placed with them was with me in under 2 weeks, faster than some UK shops But they weren't so hot when I ordered a magicshine for a mate, they were out of stock but didn't mention that. Took a while to get that sorted. Still, no worse than UK service in my experience, still not as bad as Dave Hinde or Mark Anthony Bikes/Activesport, and just like JE James when out of stock.Uncompromising extremist0

Do you have any contact information i.e a direct email or telephone no.
They're now going to investigate my case which could take another 20 days
It's a pity they can't improve there service by improving delivery times. We order from Japan at work on a weekly basis and get the stuff within 2 weeks.0 -
Ordered 2 torches 4 weeks ago recieved a parcel this week with only brackets in it packing list says torches should be included. Contacted DealExtreme who after 7 days have finally responded to say they will not refund or send replacements I'm currently pursuing it through Paypal. DealExtreme are a joke and should be avoided.
