Single speed wheels, can't choose.

Please help, I can't decide between some Quest 30mm single speed wheels which weigh about 2kg a pair with cog and nuts and some 40mm ones which are £30 cheaper, would look great but are almost a whopping 1kg heavier, will be doing a bit of climbing with them but I am quite slow at that anyway.

Why bother with deep sections if you're doing a lot of climbing. How about some decent track hubs built up with shallow light rims by a good builder.Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?
