IS to Post Mount adaptor

Right I need a 160mm IS to Post mount adaptor for my new forks to fit my Juicy 3's to. Is this the correct one:

Says BB5 in the title, but don't know if that makes any difference. Also says in the review that it doesn't come with bolts. Now could someone point me towards one that comes with bolts, or the correct bolts that I need to buy.

Ahh forgot that superstar did them! Already ordered the one from CRC, was only 1p more expensive.0

Whatever you do, dont buy from ebay. They never seem to fit quite right and always seem to need a spacer to centraise the caliper0
