I'm looking at a pair of Marzocchi 55s for my Carrera which are 160mm travel,
the Frame has 150mm of rear travel and i was wondering if you guys could lend me your Expert advice and tell me if they are too big for the frame and how the bike would feel to ride?
Thanks

Same travel as the initial forks (well same a-c) then buy some revelations rather than zocchis.0

are the 55s not very good or are Revelations just better?0

the revelations are just a lot better...
Very tough and light and generally brilliant!0 -
oh right, i know there was alot of problems with the 08 Marzocchis, i read a few reviews on Revelations and there seem to be a lot of people saying there unreliable? i've only ever ridden Zocchis so i can't say i prefer them over Rock Shox0

They really are quite reliable... there are an awful lot of revelations in service as opposed to zocchis!0
