Hi
Ordered one through Tredz online but t is being delivered to home not shop. I have spoke to Tredz my LBS and they state it is ready to ride, all i need to do is fit pedals and tighten bars.
This is my first full suspension MTB and just worried about the set up etc ?
Are they correct that it is ready to ride ? Or are they fobbing me off ??
Cheers

it may need the pressure in the shock and fork setting up but if it comes with a pump, you can do that yourself and you will want to check that anyway.
if it doesnt come with a shock pump, you will need one. apart from that, you should be golden.0 -
As Sheeps says you will need to set the suspension to your weight. In theory it may well have been set up ready to ride. My road bike was advertised as ready to ride although the gears were really badly indexed. Expect some fettling to be required. It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.
I've bought a new bike....ouch - result
Can I buy a new bike?...No - no result0 -

It won't come with a shock pump (unless the shop have thrown one in), so if you've not got one you'll need to get one.
If they're a decent shop everything will be set up, but as Jon found that's not always the case.0
